    Make sure you have enabled push notifications in your phone's settings. For iOS users, Go to the phone's Settings > Noorio > Notifications and enable Allow Notifications.     For battery-powered devices, if the motion sensitivity was set too high, go to Camera Settings – Smart Detection. Lower motion sensitivity to limit the motion detection range.
