How do I view CL200 cloud recordings?

Standard viewing steps:

1. Open the Noorio App home page and select your CL200 device to enter the live preview page.
2. Tap the "Recordings" icon in the bottom menu bar to enter the playback page.
3. Pick your target date, drag the timeline to filter and play cloud recordings for the selected time period.

When do I need to provide my Noorio app account?

You usually do not need to provide your app account at the very beginning. It is most useful when subscription status, billing records, device binding, or further account checks are needed.

How do I delete events?

Dear customer,nTo delete a single event record: go to the Event page, long-press the target event entry, and the delete option will pop up for your operation.nnFor batch deletion: tap the Edit icon in the upper right corner, select multiple unwanted events, then hit the delete button at the bottom right to clear them in bulk.n`nImportant notice: Deleting event logs will permanently erase the matched video clips simultaneously, and this data cannot be recovered afterwards. Please back up important footage in advance before performing any deletion actions.
