1. Cloud recording service

A cloud service plan stores supported camera event recordings in the cloud when the camera can upload them. Retention, recording type and device allowance depend on the purchased plan. An active plan does not prove that a particular event was uploaded.

Device allowance

The USD 12.99 recurring monthly plan and USD 99.99 recurring yearly plan support up to ten devices. Other cloud-plan prices are for a single linked device. These are USD reference prices; local currency, availability and the actual charge are shown on the payment page.

Linking an existing plan in Noorio

Open the app's upper-left avatar, select My Services, open the unexpired plan and select the device to bind. This applies when the plan is valid and not already associated with the intended device. Removing the camera from the account is not required merely to link a service plan.

If a plan is missing or already linked elsewhere, its status must be checked before changing the association. A refunded plan, or one closed after a refund application, should not be treated as an available active plan. Noorio Plus association questions require support review of the relevant page.

AI detection is a separate service. It filters event types and needs cloud recording service to retain event videos; without cloud service, only the corresponding event images are available.
