How to clear the storage of Noorio devices?

Clear local storage only when you intentionally want to erase it or a model-specific diagnosis requires it. Confirm the correct camera and whether you mean local storage/SD or cloud events; these are different. Download any accessible recordings you want to keep before continuing. Clearing/formatting local storage permanently removes its recordings and cannot be promised reversible. It is not a routine fix for offline, playback, firmware-update or timestamp problems.

On models that provide it, open the affected camera's live view > Settings > Storage/Storage Management > Local Storage > Clear Storage, or the model's SD/Memory Card Management > Format option. Labels vary by model and app; if the menu differs, send the model and a screenshot rather than choosing another destructive option. Read the confirmation carefully and proceed only if you agree to erase the indicated storage. Do not factory-reset or remove/re-add the device merely because clearing fails. Keep evidence and contact support.

For selected events, use the event list's edit/select/delete function if offered, after confirming the intended clips and storage source. A local erase does not establish that cloud copies were deleted, and deleting an event is different from cancelling a cloud subscription.
