How to activate a cloud storage subscription

Activating cloud recording

In the Noorio app, open the cloud service purchase entry and choose the plan suited to the required devices and recording service. Review the price, currency, renewal terms, device allowance and retention period on the payment page before paying. Available entries and offers may vary by app version and region.

Linking an unexpired plan

1. Open the app and tap the avatar in the upper-left corner.
2. Select My Services.
3. Open the unexpired cloud service plan.
4. Select the device to bind and complete the association.

Use these steps only for an available valid plan. If the plan is missing, refunded or awaiting refund, support must verify its status before it is treated as usable. Noorio Plus service-association issues require separate review.

Recording availability

Cloud footage is available only if it was successfully uploaded and remains within the applicable retention period. Device loss or power failure does not create missing uploads. Resolution, retention and playback behaviour depend on the model and plan; cloud service does not guarantee faster playback or longer battery life.
