What to do if the sync button is not reachable

The SYNC button is usually on the back of the camera, near the charging port, or under a small flap or rubber cover.


If you cannot reach it:


  1. Check the back and bottom of the camera for a small round button.
  2. Look near the charging port for a flap or cover.
  3. If the camera is already mounted, remove it from the mount before pressing the button.


If you still cannot find the button, contact Noorio Support with your device model and a photo of the back of the device.
