How to request support for a defective B211 or B300 camera
If a B211 or B300 camera does not respond, charge it with a DC 5V/2A adapter for 6 to 8 hours, then try adding it to the account again.
If the device still does not respond, contact Noorio Support and include:
- The setup code located below the QR code on the back of the device.
- A short video showing the camera connected to the DC 5V/2A charger.
- A short video showing whether the NOORIO hotspot appears after holding the SYNC button for 2 to 5 seconds and checking the phone Wi-Fi list.
