What to do if the device cannot connect to the network or find Wi-Fi
- Place your device closer to your router and make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.
- Check if your router is working properly and its SSID is not hidden.
- Check your Wi-Fi password, set it up again with a correct password.

- Try to change your Wi-Fi name with English letters.
