Setup & Network Configuration

Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (see model table for which bands each camera supports). Networks ending in 5, _5, or _5G are usually 5 GHz.
Turn off your phone's VPN/proxy and mobile (cellular) data during setup — this greatly improves the success rate.
Make sure AP Isolation, MAC filtering, and blacklist are disabled on your router.
Keep the phone, router, and camera close together during pairing.
Always scan the QR code on the device, not the one on the manual or the box.

Connect your phone to your 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi.
Press and hold the device's SYNC button for 2–5 seconds; release when you hear the voice prompt "Welcome to Noorio" and the LED flashes blue.
Open the app → Set Up a Device → scan the QR code on the back of the device → Next.
Select a device group and name the device.
Enter your home Wi-Fi password (tap to switch networks if the wrong Wi-Fi is shown).
With the LED flashing, tap Next. The app will find the device's temporary hotspot ("Noorio_xxxx") and finish adding it.

Scan the QR code on the back of the device (or enter the setup code manually) and name it.
Press and hold SYNC for 2+ seconds until you hear the voice prompt and the LED flashes blue.
Tap Next and grant Bluetooth permission — the app uses Bluetooth to send your Wi-Fi credentials to the camera.
Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password. (B211/B311 = 2.4 GHz only; T110/T120 = 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.)
Wait for the device to be added.

Wi-Fi (QR-code) mode

App → Set Up a Device → scan the QR code → select Wi-Fi Configuration (QR mode).
Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and enter the password.
Press and hold SYNC for 5+ seconds (CS201: press the reset button next to the SD slot for 2+ sec) until you hear the voice prompt. A flashing blue or red light both allow successful pairing.
Point the camera lens at the QR code shown in the app, 6–8 inches away, aligned to center. When the camera confirms, tap Heard the Prompt and wait.

Hotspot mode (use if QR mode fails)

App → scan QR code → select Hotspot Configuration.
Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and enter the password; press and hold SYNC until the voice prompt.
Tap Connect Device Wi-Fi, go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings, and connect to the "Cloud_xxxxxx" network.
Return to the app and wait for pairing to complete.

Charge first: with a DC 5V/2A adapter for 6–8 hours. For SD/SB models, switch the camera on (switch/button inside the rubber cap near the mount / charging port).
Scan the QR code on the camera body → select installation location → name the camera.
Press and hold RESET until you hear "Device is resetting"; wait for "Waiting for network configuration" (SD/SB: indicator flashes red/blue alternately), then tap Next.
The app searches via Bluetooth — pick the camera whose name ends in the same digits as the serial number under the QR code → Next.
Choose your Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz supported; 2.4 GHz recommended for range) and enter the password carefully → Next.
Keep the phone near the camera and wait 1–3 minutes for "Setup Successful."

If it fails, tap Try another method → Wi-Fi Configuration and follow the on-screen QR-code steps.

Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. In the app tap + → scan the device QR code → Wi-Fi Configuration.
On the "boot device" and "start to configure" screens, check "the above operations have been completed" and tap Next. Keep the router, camera, and phone within ~2 m with no obstructions.
Enter the Wi-Fi password → Next. Hold the phone screen 15–20 cm directly in front of the lens, keep it steady, and after the prompt tone/indicator change tap Heard the prompt tone / indicator flashing and wait.

Important: the BF200 must be added through the Noorio Plus app.

Reset the device until it announces "Welcome to smart cameras…" and then "4G network connection, please wait."
Tap + (top-right) → Add Device → scan the QR code on the back.
Check "Completed the above steps" → Next.
Wait for "After the configuration is completed, please use." The app shows "Configuration is initializing" and then jumps to the completion page.
Name the device and tap Start Experience.

If you need to enter the APN manually: on the scan page choose Network APN Configuration Entry, enter the APN name (from your carrier) and optional username/password (auth type default 0: none), then scan the generated APN QR code with the device and continue.
