How to set up B200/B210/B310/D110

Set up B200 / B210 / B310 / D110

B200/B210/B310/D110 use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and temporary-hotspot setup, not Bluetooth. Registered DC 5V/2A USB charging times are approximately B200/B210 4–8 hours, B310 6–12 hours, D110 4–6 hours; actual time varies. For a new or deliberately reconfigured camera, open Noorio > Set Up a Device, scan its label, choose the group/name and follow the app. The registered SYNC reset/pairing action is a hold longer than 2 seconds; release at the model's prompt. Resetting an existing device changes its configuration, so first check why it is needed. Enter the home 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi details; when prompted, connect to the indicated Noorio_xxxx hotspot and return to the app. No Internet on that temporary network can be normal. Do not default to a 10-second reset or repeat deletion/re-pairing. If unsuccessful, send the model, MAC/label, failed step/message and steps already tried.

Preparation and phone connectivity
For new setup, re-adding or reconfiguring a Wi-Fi camera, temporarily turn off phone mobile data and dual-Wi-Fi/dual-WLAN acceleration if enabled. Keep only the intended home Wi-Fi connected. Follow the app when it asks you to switch to the temporary camera hotspot, and remain connected for that step. After setup succeeds, restore normal phone settings as needed.
Confirm the exact camera model, suffix and supported Wi-Fi band before setup. B200/B210/B211/B310/B311/D110 use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. T110/T120 support 2.4 and 5 GHz with Bluetooth pairing. Registered WD400/SD200/SD400/SB400 variants also support 2.4 and 5 GHz with Bluetooth. CL200 is 2.4 GHz; CL200-5G is a different dual-band variant. B200-SE/B210-SE/CS201 use 2.4 GHz. Noorio BF200 uses 4G and Noorio Plus, not Wi-Fi; do not apply these Wi-Fi setup steps to BF200. Do not infer the band from the Wi-Fi network name alone.

Use the correct app from its official store. Keep the phone, camera and router near each other, ensure suitable power, and scan the camera label in the app. Grant permissions requested for the relevant setup flow. Temporarily turn off VPN/proxy if interfering; during hotspot setup prevent automatic switching to cellular/another Wi-Fi, then restore normal phone settings. Check for router access-control rules blocking the camera rather than disabling all security. Enter Wi-Fi credentials privately in the app, never in support chat.

How to interpret setup prompts
A setup-ready prompt means the device is ready to configure; it does not mean Internet/account binding has succeeded. Connecting to the network means the camera is attempting the next stage. A Wi-Fi failure calls for checking range, band and privately entered credentials. A server-connection message needs separate network/service diagnosis and does not prove the password is wrong. Use the app's explicit added-successfully result to confirm completion.

Temporary hotspot troubleshooting
If the phone repeatedly leaves Noorio_xxxx, keep it connected despite the no-Internet warning and prevent switching to mobile data. Forget a stale saved camera hotspot if needed, then retry the app's prompt. Restore normal phone settings afterwards. Do not reset all phone network settings as a first response; that removes saved configuration and requires an explanation before any user-approved use.

Need more help?
I'm sorry this is causing trouble. To identify the affected device and avoid repeating steps, please share only missing details: the exact model and MAC/serial number (a clear photo of the device label is welcome), your app login account, what you were trying to do, the step that failed and its exact message, when it started and your time zone, whether one or several cameras are affected, and what you have already tried. Start with the model, MAC and symptom; we can request additional checks as needed. Please do not send passwords or payment verification codes. If several devices are on the account, confirm which one has the problem. A screenshot or short video can help us choose the next step.
