How to set up SD200/SD400?


Important Note: The device only supports 2.4G WiFi and does not support 5G WiFi. Please confirm to connect to the 2.4G band network before configuration.

Step 1: Charge and power on the camera

  1. After receiving the camera, use a DC 5V 2A adapter to charge it for 6–8 hours to ensure the battery is fully charged.
  2. Open the rubber cap next to the camera charging port, and toggle the power switch to ON to power on the device.

Step 2: Scan code to add device (Choose one of the two network configuration methods)

Method 1: WiFi QR Code Network Configuration

  1. Open the APP and scan the device QR code. Select the device placement position, customize the device name in sequence, and choose [WiFi Network Configuration].
  2. Select your home 2.4G WiFi, enter the correct WiFi password, confirm there are no errors, and click Next.
  3. Press and hold the camera reset button for more than 5 seconds until the device plays a voice prompt and the indicator light flashes. Keep the distance within 3 meters among the mobile phone, camera and router during the network configuration process.
  4. Align the QR code generated by the APP with the camera lens. After hearing the device voice prompt, click [Heard prompt tone or indicator flashing] on the page.
  5. The device will automatically complete the network configuration. Wait for the APP to prompt that the device is added successfully.

Method 2: Hotspot Network Configuration

  1. Open the APP and scan the device QR code. Select the device placement position, customize the device name in sequence, and choose [Hotspot Network Configuration].
  2. Select your home 2.4G WiFi, enter the correct WiFi password, confirm there are no errors, and click Next.
  3. Press and hold the camera reset button for more than 5 seconds until the device plays a voice prompt and the indicator light flashes. Keep the distance within 3 meters among the mobile phone, camera and router during the network configuration process.
  4. Jump to the mobile phone WiFi setting page, connect to the device hotspot Cloud_xxxx, and return to the APP after successful connection.
  5. The device will automatically complete the network configuration. Wait for the APP to prompt that the device is added successfully.
