How to install Noorio doorbells

Before installing a doorbell

Use the installation guide, mounting hardware and environmental limits for the exact doorbell model. Choose a suitable viewing angle and a location protected from excessive weather exposure. Verify the mounting surface and use the supplied template and specified fixings.

Battery-only installation

Charge the doorbell as specified before mounting it. Mount and secure the bracket and device according to the model guide. Battery-only installation does not require handling existing doorbell wiring.

Wired installation, where supported

Confirm that the exact model supports the existing supply, transformer and chime before connecting any wiring. Installation involving electrical wiring should be carried out by a qualified person. Switch off the relevant circuit and verify that it is de-energized with suitable test equipment; silence from the old chime does not prove that power is off.

Do not connect a doorbell to an unverified supply or assume all chimes are compatible. Restore power only after wiring and mounting have been checked.

Chime settings

Select only a chime or Hub option supported by the specific model and current app. Chime type, ring duration and Hub compatibility are not universal across Noorio doorbells.
