How can I identify a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Network?
Identifying the Wi-Fi band
Check the router's app, administration page or documentation to confirm which band a network uses. A name ending in 2.4G or 5G is only a label and is not conclusive evidence. Router capabilities vary; not every router offers the same bands or controls.
On a dual-band router with one combined network name, a separate 2.4GHz name can make setup easier for a 2.4GHz-only camera, if the router supports that configuration.
Camera compatibility
Wi-Fi support depends on the model. B200/B210/B211/B310/B311/D110 use 2.4GHz only. T110/T120, SB400, SD200/SD400 and WD400 support 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Check the exact model and suffix for other devices. Enterprise-authentication and captive-portal networks are not supported.
BF200 is a 4G device and does not connect to Wi-Fi.
