Noorio FAQ: Offline, Power & Charging
Noorio FAQ: Offline, Power & Charging
Common checks for offline devices, charging, power, solar panel, and hardware status questions.
What should I check first if my device stays offline?
Follow the troubleshooting steps below according to your device power type:
- Battery-powered cameras (B200/B210/B310/SB400, etc.)
First charge the camera for 6-8 hours with a DC 5V/2A adapter or standard mobile phone charger, as low battery will trigger auto sleep and disconnect Wi-Fi.
Confirm your router works normally, move the camera closer to the router, then refresh the device list in the Noorio App.
Reboot your router and wait for the camera to wake up and reconnect automatically.
If you recently changed Wi-Fi name, password, router or internet provider, long-press the SYNC/Reset button to reset the device and re-add it via the App.
- Constant wired-power cameras (T110/T120/CS201/D110, etc.)
Make sure the DC 5V/2A adapter and power cord are tightly connected with stable power supply.
Shorten the distance between camera and router, refresh the device list in the Noorio App.
Power off and restart both camera and router, wait 3 minutes to check online status.
If you modified Wi-Fi credentials or replaced the router, long-press the SYNC/Reset button to reset the camera and rebind it to your account.
What should I do if there is no voice prompt after long-pressing SYNC?

Troubleshoot by device category step by step:
- Cameras & Doorbells (B200/B210/B310/B211/B311/T110/T120/D110/SB400)
Power supply check: Charge with a DC 5V/2A adapter or standard mobile phone charger. Low battery will disable voice prompts; fully charge for 6-8 hours, or charge at least 10 minutes before retrying.
Standard operation: Long-press the SYNC/Reset button for more than 10 seconds without releasing, check if the blue indicator light flashes.
Hardware inspection: Make sure the charging port is free of dust or liquid blockages, test with an alternative charging cable and power adapter.
- Smart Hub Gateway
Double-check that the power cord and Ethernet cable are firmly plugged in to ensure stable power and wired network.
Long-press the SYNC button for over 10 seconds and watch the indicator light.
Power off the hub and leave it idle for 3 minutes, then power it back on and test again.
If there is still no voice prompt or light response after all steps, record a video showing you holding the SYNC button with the device powered on, plus a photo of the Setup Code QR label on the back, and send them to support for further inspection.
What if my device cannot enter setup mode?
Follow the troubleshooting steps below in order:
1.Correct way to trigger setup mode
Long-press the SYNC/Reset button for more than 10 seconds without releasing. A working device will play voice prompt and flash blue LED constantly, which means setup mode is activated.
2.Power troubleshooting (critical for battery cameras)
Low power will cause unresponsive buttons, no LED or voice feedback. Charge the device fully for 6-8 hours with a DC 5V/2A adapter or standard mobile phone charger, then retry holding the button. Also make sure the charging port is clean and dry, you may test with another charging cable.
3.Extra check for wired constant-power cameras
For T110/T120/CS201 and other plug-in cameras, unplug the power supply and wait 3 minutes before powering back on, then long-press the SYNC/Reset button again.
If there is still no voice prompt or flashing blue light after all steps, prepare these materials and send to support for further diagnosis:
① Photo of MAC address / Setup Code QR label on device back;
② Full screenshots of error messages inside Noorio App;
③ Video showing you holding the SYNC button for over 10 seconds while the device stays powered on.
What should I provide if long-pressing SYNC gives no voice prompt?
If charging does not help, provide the device MAC address and a short video showing: power connected, a 10 second long-press on SYNC, the LED reaction, and whether a NOORIO or device-MAC related entry appears in the phone Wi-Fi or Bluetooth list.
When should I record a video for support?
A video is helpful when the device has no voice prompt, no LED change, repeated setup failures, or when hardware status needs to be checked. Try to show power connection, button operation, LED status, and the app error page.
What should I do if the solar panel is not working?
Dear customer, first wipe the solar panel and remove any dust from its surface. The panel should be cleaned regularly during long-term use, as accumulated dust can reduce its power-generation efficiency. For B200, B210, B300, and B310 devices, also open the Battery Management page and make sure the power supply mode is set to Solar Panel Power.
Why does the SB400 battery drain quickly?
The battery of your SB400 drains quickly, which generally means the solar panel fails to charge effectively or the camera power consumption is excessively high. Please carry out the following checks in sequence:n1. Ensure the solar panel receives adequate sunlight during daytime. Adjust the orientation and installation angle of the panel according to your local latitude for optimal light intake.n2. Clean the solar panel surface, check that the USB connector is firmly plugged into the camera, and verify the cable is intact with no damage or extra extension cords used.n3. Fully charge the camera with a 5V/2A power adapter before conducting further tests.n4. If the battery still drains rapidly, reduce the motion detection sensitivity to prevent frequent trigger events. Meanwhile, ensure stable Wi-Fi connection and that the device firmware is updated to the latest version.nnShould the solar panel still fail to charge the device normally, kindly record a short video showing the solar panel, cables and their connection status with the camera for our further troubleshooting analysis.nnNote: For brand-new devices, fully charge the unit with a dedicated charger first before deploying it outdoors with solar power supply. If the camera is installed in an area with frequent motion triggers, the solar panel charging rate cannot offset the power consumption. It is essential to start operation with a full battery, then rely on the solar panel merely to maintain the power level. Especially during prolonged rainy and cloudy periods, you need to take down the camera for manual charging regularly, since solar panels barely generate effective power under poor weather conditions.
