Updating the app

On Android, use the official Google Play listing for the correct app. On iPhone or iPad, use its official App Store listing. Install the compatible release currently offered by the store rather than relying on an old version number in an article.

App selection

Choose the app specified for the exact camera model. Noorio BF200 is currently a 4G model and uses Noorio Plus. Do not select an app based on a supposed Noorio BF200 Wi-Fi variant.

After an update or phone change

Sign in to the existing device-owning or invited account in the correct app. Check the selected device group and sharing access if a camera is missing. Updating an app does not normally require deleting the account or re-adding cameras.

Installation problems

Store availability and compatibility depend on the phone's OS and store region. Further checks need the app name and the displayed error. Changing store region or installing an unrelated app is not a default workaround.
