Where can I find my device model?

You can usually find the device model on the device label, on the package, or in the device details page in the Noorio app. If you are not sure which model you have, upload a clear photo of the QR-code label on the device and we can help identify it.

Where can I find Noorio device manuals?

Open the manuals hub at https://closeli-help.closeli.com/en/article/user-manuals-1t02sfx/ and choose the PDF for your device model. If you are not sure about the model, check the device label or upload a photo of the QR-code label.

What if I am not sure about my device model?

Check the QR-code label on the device, the package, or the device details page in the Noorio app. If you are still not sure, upload a photo of the QR-code label and the support team can help identify it.

When do I need to provide the device MAC address?

You may provide your device model and MAC address in advance when submitting issues to help support locate your device quickly.

How do I troubleshoot delayed or missing Noorio notifications?

Dear, thank you for contacting Noorio support team.
Regarding issues with all Noorio devices, it is recommended that you refer to the following steps first.
Problem overview: Push notifications, alarm reminders, or motion detection notifications are delayed, missed, or unstable.
Suggested troubleshooting steps:

1. Check whether Noorio App has enabled system notification permission.
2. Confirm that the notification switch of the corresponding event in the app is turned on.
3. Turn off power saving restrictions or background running restrictions that may affect push.
4. Confirm whether the issue affects all alerts or just a certain type of event, such as motion detection or doorbell events.
5. If the problem occurs after reinstalling the app or changing the phone, please log out and log in again to refresh the push status.

Suggested solution: Notification issues can usually be recovered by reopening system permissions, lifting background restrictions, and checking the corresponding reminder switch.
If the problem is still not resolved, please add the following information: mobile phone model, system version, App version, affected reminder types, missing time, and screenshots of notification settings.

How do I turn off the voice alarm on the B200-SE?

Dear customer, to turn off the voice alarm on your B200-SE, open the Live View page and tap Settings in the upper-right corner. Go to Alarm Settings, open Alarm Notifications, and turn off the Voice Alarm switch.

Why can I not find the Arm/Disarm button?
