How to set up WD400?

Step 1: Scan the Device QR Code

Open the Noorio app and scan the QR code label on the camera body to enter the setup process automatically.

Step 2: Select Installation Location

Choose the corresponding location for the camera based on your actual usage scenario (e.g., Front Door, Living Room), then tap confirm.

Step 3: Name Your Camera

Enter a custom name (e.g., Front Door, Bedroom Camera) to easily identify the device later.

Step 4: Device Reset & Voice Prompt Confirmation

Connect the WD400 to a stable power supply. Press and hold the SYNC button on the camera until you hear the voice prompt “Device resetting”, then release the button and wait for the reset to complete.

When you hear the voice prompt “Waiting for network configuration”, tap Next on the app screen.

Step 5: Pair the Camera Bluetooth

Find the camera’s Bluetooth device in the app’s Bluetooth list (the last few digits of the Bluetooth name match the last few digits of the serial number below the QR code). Select it and tap Next.

Step 6: Connect to 2.4GHz Home Wi-Fi

Only select your 2.4GHz band home Wi-Fi (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).

Enter the exact Wi-Fi name and password, paying attention to case sensitivity, spaces, and special characters. Once confirmed, tap Next.

Step 7: Wait for Setup to Complete

Keep a stable connection between your phone and the camera, and wait patiently for the app to show “Setup successful” to finish the process.
