How to set up SB400?
Step 1: Charge and Power On the Camera
After receiving the device, charge the camera with a DC 5V 2A adapter for 6–8 hours to ensure sufficient battery power before starting setup.
Before setup, make sure the camera is powered on (the power switch is next to the charging port):
Press and hold the power button until you hear the voice prompt “Camera is powered on”, then release it.
New cameras are powered on by default. If the camera does not respond when pressing the reset button, try long-pressing the power button to restart it.
Step 2: Scan the Device QR Code
Open the Noorio APP and scan the QR code label on the camera body. The app will automatically enter the setup process.
Step 3: Select Installation Location
Choose a location based on your actual usage scenario (e.g., Front Door, Living Room), then tap confirm.
Step 4: Name the Camera
Enter a custom name (e.g., Front Door, Bedroom Camera) to easily identify and manage the device later.
Step 5: Reset the Camera
Press and hold the SYNC button inside the rubber cap on the camera head until you hear a voice prompt and the indicator flashes red and blue alternately. Release the button and tap Next in the APP.
Step 6: Bluetooth Pairing
Find the corresponding camera in the APP’s Bluetooth list (the last few characters of the Bluetooth name match the end of the serial number / MAC address next to the QR code). Select it and tap Next.
Step 7: Connect to Home Wi-Fi
This camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and does NOT support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Enter the Wi-Fi name and password correctly, double-checking case sensitivity, spaces, and special characters. When confirmed, tap Next.
Step 8: Complete Setup
Keep your phone and camera connected stably, and wait for the APP to show “Setup Successful” to finish the process.
If setup fails using the steps above, switch to the alternative connection method:
Tap Try another method in the APP and select Wi-Fi Configuration.
Enter the Wi-Fi name and password correctly (check case sensitivity, spaces, and special characters), then tap Next.
Press and hold the SYNC button inside the rubber cap on the camera head until you hear a voice prompt and the indicator flashes red and blue alternately. Release the button and tap Next in the APP.
A QR code will appear on your phone screen. Point the QR code directly at the camera lens, move your phone slowly forward and backward, and tap Next once you hear the camera’s voice prompt to finish connecting.
