Failed to connect to the network or cannot find my Wi-Fi.

  1. Place your device closer to your router and make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.


  1. Check if your router is working properly and its SSID is not hidden.


  1. Check your Wi-Fi password, set it up again with a correct password.


  1. Check your Wi-Fi Network, Noorio devices can only connect to channels 1-11 on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks with WPA/WPA2 encryption.


  1. Try to change your Wi-Fi name with English letters.
