Why might a Noorio camera move on its own?
A Noorio camera should stay in the position where it is mounted. If the view appears to change, check the following:
- Make sure the mount is tightened and the camera is not being shifted by wind, vibration, or a loose bracket.
- Check whether someone with shared access adjusted the camera view in the app.
- Review any motion tracking or auto-tracking settings available for that device model.
If the camera still appears to move after these checks, contact Noorio Support with the device model and a short video of the behavior.
