Why can't the camera live stream?

  1. Scroll down the home page to refresh the device's state.


  1. Check the battery level of the device via the App. Charge it up if it is too low.


  1. Press the SYNC button of the device and check if the status LED lights up. If not, charge the device.


  1. If you had moved the camera recently, move it back and check if the device can come back online.
