I. Troubleshooting of Common Issues
Issue 1: No voice prompt or blue light flashing after long-pressing the reset button
- Verify correct operation procedure: Press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds (2–5 seconds for short-press network configuration mode). Insufficient holding time will fail to trigger the network configuration mode. Ensure the button is fully pressed down during operation, and avoid incomplete pressing or releasing it midway.
- Check power-on status: The operation must be performed with the power cord plugged in (solid red light on). Long-pressing the button when the device is not powered on will have no effect.
- Restart and retry: Unplug the power supply, wait for 5–10 minutes, reconnect the power, and perform the long-press reset operation again.
- Advanced troubleshooting: If the above steps do not work, record a video (content shall include: the operation process of long-pressing the sync button for 2–5 seconds after connecting the Ethernet cable and DC5V2A adapter), and check whether the "NOORIO" hotspot appears in the mobile phone’s WiFi list to further determine the device status.
Issue 2: Other special faults (device addition failure, connection abnormality, etc.)
- Restart and reset: Restart the router and Hub (press and hold the sync button on the back of the Hub for more than 10 seconds until the prompt "device reset successfully" is heard), then follow the basic device addition steps again.
- Customer support assistance: If the problem persists after restarting and resetting, it is recommended to record the device indicator light status and APP error prompts, then contact the official customer support for further troubleshooting.
II. Important Notes
- The Hub only supports 2.4G WiFi. Ensure the correct WiFi band is selected during network configuration and network switching.
- Currently, the Hub only supports connection with devices of the following models: B200, B210, B211, B310, B311, D110, H200, H300. Other models are not supported temporarily.
- When adding a device, make sure the device and the Hub are in the same location group; otherwise, connection failure may occur.
