Noorio App FAQ: Smart Hub & Sensors
Smart Hub & Sensors
How many devices can the Smart Hub support?
Up to 4 cameras and 64 sensors. The Hub performs best with 4 or fewer cameras. Sensors work only when connected to a Hub.
Which models work with the Hub?
Currently: B200, B210, B211, B310, B311, D110, and the H200 / H300 sensors. Other models are not supported yet.
How do I set up the Smart Hub?
- Connect your phone to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (the Hub is 2.4 GHz only).
- Plug in the power and Ethernet cables — a solid red light means power is on.
- Press and hold the reset/SYNC button ~10 seconds (or 2–5 seconds on short-press models) until you hear a prompt or see the blue light blink.
- In the app, scan the QR code → Next, select a group, name it, enter your Wi-Fi password, and tap Next. When pairing completes, the blue light stays solid.
How do I switch the Hub from wired to Wi-Fi?
Hub Settings → Network Settings → Change Wi-Fi Network → select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi → enter password → Connect. After "Wi-Fi connection successful," unplug the Ethernet cable.
How do I connect a camera to the Hub?
- New camera: during the "Connect to Network" step, choose Hub. Keep the camera and Hub in the same location group.
- Existing camera: Device Settings → Network → Change Wi-Fi Network → Hub. Keep them in the same location group.
The sensor LED doesn't flash after I install the battery
Contact and motion sensors have no SYNC button — they broadcast once a battery is inserted. Remove the battery's protective film and reinstall it, confirm correct orientation, and replace the battery if it's low. If it still doesn't work, contact support@nooriolife.com.
Hub configuration update
The latest firmware supports one-click Hub network configuration. The original soft-AP method still works: after the Hub is online, double-click the Hub SYNC button, then long-press the camera to configure it directly (no app needed).
