Noorio App FAQ: Account & Sign-in
Account & Sign-in
How do I create a Noorio account?
- Open the Noorio app and tap Sign up.
- Enter your email address and a password. Your password must:
- Be 8–20 characters long
- Contain uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one symbol, e.g.
@ # $ _ & - + ? - Open your email inbox, find the welcome email from Noorio, and tap the verification link to activate your account.
I didn't receive a verification / activation email. What can I do?
- Check your spam / junk folder and search for the keyword "Noorio."
- Confirm your email address was entered correctly (no typos or trailing spaces). Tip: copy and paste your address to avoid mistakes.
- Refresh your browser or try registering again, then check your inbox.
- If it still doesn't arrive, contact support@nooriolife.com and we can send you an activation link manually.
How do I reset or change my password?
- Change (you know your password): Open the app → tap your profile picture (top-left) → Account → Password, then follow the prompts.
- Forgot your password: On the login page tap Forgot Password, enter your bound email, receive the verification code, and set a new password.
- Once changed, the old password stops working immediately.
Can I change the email address on my account?
The account is bound to the email used at registration, so the email address itself cannot be changed. If you need a different address, register a new account with the new email and add your devices to it.
How do I move a camera to another person's account (e.g., a family member)?
- Remove the camera from your current account.
- Have the other person register a Noorio account with their own email.
- Add the camera to the new account.
Can I sign in with Facebook, Instagram, or Google?
Not at this time. Please sign in with your Noorio email account.
Can I log in on more than one device at the same time?
Yes. There is no limit on simultaneous logins, and multiple people can view live footage at once. Note: only one person can talk through the camera at a time.
To receive the same notifications as the main account, log in with the same email and password on the other phone (rather than using device sharing).
What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
When 2FA is enabled, a verification code is required whenever someone tries to sign in on a new phone. To enable it, go to Personal Center → Account Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
How do I keep my account and cameras secure?
- Use a strong, unique password (at least 8 characters mixing upper/lowercase, numbers, and symbols; avoid birthdays or sequences like
123456). Don't reuse it on other sites. - Enable 2FA if available.
- Review shared access: Camera Settings → Share shows who has access; tap Delete to remove anyone. If no accounts are listed, the device has not been shared.
- If you ever shared your account password with someone, change your password to revoke their access.
- Keep the app updated to the latest version.
