How to reset or change an account password?

If you haven't signed in:


  1. Open the Noorio app and go to the sign-in page. Tap the Forget Password and then enter your registered Email address. You will receive an Email from Noorio containing the password reset link.


If you have signed in:


  1. Open the password reset link and reset your password.


  1. Open the Noorio app and go to Account Settings, tap on Password to change your password.


  1. If you have forgotten your password, tap the Forget Password to reset your password.
