How to extend the battery life of cameras and doorbells?

  1. Go to the device's Settings > Power Management and Switch the Working Mode to Battery Saving mode. You can also use Customized Mode and shorten the video length and turn up the retrigger interval.


  1. Go to device's Settings > Smart Detection, select Person Only mode for detection types, and lower the Motion Sensitivity. Remember, the device will only record humans and detect fewer events for the above settings.


  1. Enhance the Wi-Fi coverage by adding an AP between the device and the router or moving your router closer to the device.
