How to add the Noorio App to the whitelist for Samsung devices?

  1. Go to Search, enter device care and open Device Care App.

  1. Tap Battery, then tap Background usage limits > Never sleeping app.

  1. Select Noorio and Add it to the whitelist.

  1. Go back to the main page of the Device Care App and tap Memory > Excluded apps.
