Steps to Cancel Noorio Subscription Renewal

Prerequisites

The Noorio APP must be installed in advance, and you need to log in to the personal account bound to the subscription service.

1. Launch the Noorio APP, enter the homepage, then click the "Avatar" icon in the upper left corner of the page to enter the personal center page.
2. In the menu bar of the personal center, select and click the "My Services" option to enter the service management page.
3. Find the cloud service package currently in the automatic renewal state in the service list, and click the package to enter the details page.
4. Slide to the bottom of the details page, click the blue "Here" button, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the confirmation operation to successfully cancel the subscription renewal.

Supplementary Notes

After canceling the subscription renewal, the currently effective cloud service package will last until the end of the current subscription cycle. It will not be automatically renewed and no subsequent deductions will be incurred after the cycle expires.
