Guide to Rebinding an Unexpired Cloud Service Package to a Camera on Noorio APP
Guide to Rebinding an Unexpired Cloud Service Package to a Camera on Noorio APP
1. Function Description
This document is used to guide users to rebind an unexpired cloud service package (in an unbound or already unlinked state) under their account to a target camera in the Noorio APP. After binding, the package will immediately provide cloud storage, cloud playback and other services for the device until the package expires.
2. Operation Prerequisites
- The latest version of the Noorio APP has been installed (to avoid differences in function entrances);
- You have logged in to the Noorio account used to subscribe to the cloud service (to ensure the package belongs to the same account);
- There is an unexpired, unoccupied or already unlinked cloud service package under the account;
- The target camera to be bound has been successfully added to the currently logged-in account (if the device is not added, complete the device addition first);
- The device and mobile phone are in a stable network environment (both Wi-Fi and mobile data are acceptable to avoid operation interruption).
3. Detailed Operation Steps
- Open the Noorio APP, click the "Avatar Icon" in the upper left corner of the homepage to enter the personal center menu;
- In the side menu, find and click "Cloud Storage" or "My Services" (the entrance name may vary slightly in different versions, but the core function is the same) to enter the cloud service management page;
- In the cloud service list, find the target unexpired package and click to enter the "Details Page" of the package;
- —— If the package is currently bound to another device: First find the "Unbind Device" button on the details page (usually on the right side of the device name, displayed as "Unbind" or an icon), click it and confirm the unbinding, then wait for the system to prompt "Unbound Successfully";
- —— If the package is not bound to any device: Proceed directly to the next step;
- After unbinding (or if the package was not bound to a device originally), find the "Bind Device" button (or "Add Bound Device" option) on the package details page and click it to enter the device selection list;
- In the device list, check the target camera to be bound;
- Click "Confirm Binding" at the bottom of the page and wait for the system to pop up the "Binding Successful" prompt to complete the operation.
4. Troubleshooting Common Problems
Problem Scenario | Troubleshooting Methods |
|---|---|
Cannot find the "Cloud Storage" / "My Services" entrance |
|
Target camera is not in the binding list |
|
Binding failed |
|
The device cannot use cloud service functions after binding |
|
5. Supplementary Notes
- The number of devices that can be bound to the same cloud service package is subject to the rules at the time of purchase. If the number exceeds the limit, it cannot be checked; you need to replace the package or unbind other devices;
- The binding operation will not affect the remaining validity period of the package, and the original package duration will continue to accumulate until expiration;
- If you need to replace the bound device, you can repeat the above process of "Unbind Old Device → Bind New Device" without any restrictions (within the validity period of the package);
- If the package is subscribed through a third-party platform such as Apple App Store or WeChat Pay, you need to ensure that the subscription status on the third-party platform is "Valid", otherwise the binding may fail.
