Why is there no memory card recording?

"1. Please confirm whether a memory card is inserted into the camera? (Generally, the device does not come with a memory card, you need to insert it separately)


  1. If a memory card is inserted, please confirm whether the device has read the memory card status. You can click "Memory Card Management" on the camera's settings page to confirm.


  1. If the camera does not read the memory card, you can power off the camera, pull out the memory card to format, reinsert the camera, and then power on.


  1. If the memory card is read, enter the device settings - memory card management - whether "no recording" is selected for the recording mode (recommended to select "all-day recording" or "event recording")


  1. Please confirm whether the playback channel of the memory card is switched? (On the playback page, there is a small "memory card" icon on the right side of the time bar, clicked in blue is the memory card playback method)


  1. Confirm whether it is a shared account. If it is a shared account, you can only view the real-time video, and only view the historical video of the memory card through the main account bound to the camera.


  1. If the memory card is formatted and the video still cannot be saved according to the above method, it is recommended to replace the memory card and try.


  1. If the recording still does not work after replacing the memory card, it is recommended to contact the merchant for consultation. "
