Why is night vision bad?

1. After turning on night vision at night, make sure that there is no close-up object in front of the camera blocking it, otherwise the device will focus on the nearest object and cause white light, and the surrounding environment will become pitch-black.

2. If there is no obstruction in front of the camera, you can enter the camera's settings to confirm whether the night vision mode is turned on?

——If the night vision mode has been turned on, but the picture is still dark, it is recommended to restore the camera to factory settings and try again.

After re-adding, the night vision effect is still pitch black. It cannot be ruled out that there is an abnormality in the device hardware. It is recommended to contact the camera manufacturer to communicate and deal with it.

3. It is recommended to switch the night vision to smart mode for use. If it does not automatically switch to the night vision effect in smart mode, can you confirm whether the light in the environment of the camera is sufficient?
