What should I do if the image is blurry/black?
"1. Confirm whether the APP is the latest version (update to the latest version);
- Reduce image quality (switch image quality);
- Confirm whether the connected network is good (restart the device and try);
- Try to replace the power adapter;
- Reset the device to factory settings and try pairing again;
- Camera hardware problem (contact the purchaser)"
