What should I do if the image is blurry/black?

"1. Confirm whether the APP is the latest version (update to the latest version);

  1. Reduce image quality (switch image quality);
  2. Confirm whether the connected network is good (restart the device and try);
  3. Try to replace the power adapter;
  4. Reset the device to factory settings and try pairing again;
  5. Camera hardware problem (contact the purchaser)"
