If the gimbal cannot rotate normally, please follow the steps below to try:

1. Try to restart the APP and try again, or uninstall and reinstall it;
2. Click the "PTZ reset button" on the PTZ control page and try;
3. Try after the camera is powered off and restarted.
4. Reset the camera to factory settings and try pairing again.
5. For hardware problems, please contact the supplier.
