Hello, if you want to add the camera to your mother's account, we suggest that you first remove the camera from your own account, then use your mother's email to register a Noorio account and add the camera to the new account.

If you wish to permanently deactivate your account, we recommend that you click on the top left corner of the APP to open the sidebar, then click on "Account" or the avatar, and finally click "Delete Account" at the bottom.
