I have purchased the cloud service, but there is no alarm prompt. What is the reason?
"1. Select the video in the device list, set (gear) in the upper right corner of the playback page--"Message Notification" setting--turn on the sound/action reminder, and then set the acceptance frequency according to your own needs.
- In the setting menu of some devices, there will be an "alarm setting", which can be turned on or off according to personal needs.
(Note: The "Alarm Switch" in "Alarm Reminder" must be on, otherwise no event will be generated and no cloud event video will be recorded.)"
