How to fix network connection and configuration failures on B200-SE/B210-SE
B200-SE/B210-SE Wi-Fi preparation
Use a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network and the Noorio app.
During Wi-Fi setup, connect the phone to the intended home Wi-Fi on a band supported by the camera. Temporarily turn off the phone's VPN, mobile data, automatic switching to mobile data and dual-Wi-Fi features where present. Keep one Wi-Fi connection active and keep the setup app open. Restore normal phone network settings after setup succeeds.
Check the Wi-Fi name and password, including case, and confirm that the router has Internet access. A network name alone does not prove its frequency band. Test close to the main router, away from walls and metal obstructions. Router client limits, MAC allow/block lists, isolated guest networks and insufficient upload bandwidth can affect setup or connectivity. Use the router's documented settings; do not broadly disable its firewall or reset all phone network settings as a default step.
QR-code setup
Keep the app's QR-code setup page open. Make the code clear, increase screen brightness if needed, avoid reflections and adjust the camera-to-screen distance gradually until the camera acknowledges the code. An exact angle or distance is not a universal requirement.
No response
For a compatible rechargeable camera with a depleted battery, the indicator may remain off initially. Use its specified supply, charge for about 10 minutes and check again. If still unresponsive, continue to a total of about 3 hours, then hold SYNC/RESET for about 10 seconds and check for an indicator or voice response. Older IVP devices use SYNC; newer models use RESET. Three hours is a diagnostic checkpoint, not proof of a full charge; at least 8 hours may be needed, depending on the model. Always-powered devices require continuous power.
Further review
Persistent setup failures require the exact model, device identifier, app error, failed step, approximate time and the checks already completed. An operation video showing the app and indicator response can support further diagnosis. A voice prompt alone does not prove that a camera is bound to another account. Do not remove a device from an account without verifying that this is necessary and authorized.
