How to cancel/delete an account that is no longer in use?

If you are certain that the app is no longer in use and you need to cancel your account, you can follow the following steps:

Open the camera software, click on "My" - click on the avatar - click on "Cancel Account" - please carefully read the account cancellation details, confirm that there are no errors, check "I have read and agreed to the account cancellation agreement" - then click "Confirm" to directly clear your account and all information in the account.

Note: If you previously subscribed to the automatic renewal service, please cancel the renewal service before canceling the account before proceeding to cancel the account. Once the account is cancelled, we are unable to verify your relevant information.

Account cancellation is an irreversible operation, and once cancelled, it will bring many inconveniences to your after-sales rights protection and information query. Please operate with caution.

If you still insist on logging out, please ensure that you have backed up relevant data and have fully read, understood, and agreed to the following matters:

5. Any refunds or benefits that may exist on historical orders will be considered as automatic waivers.
6. Any inconvenience or adverse consequences caused by account cancellation shall be borne by the user.
