# How do I troubleshoot Noorio Wi-Fi connectivity issues?

Wi-Fi connectivity checks

Wi-Fi support depends on the model. B200/B210/B211/B310/B311/D110 use 2.4GHz only. T110/T120, SB400, SD200/SD400 and WD400 support 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Check the exact model and suffix for other devices. Enterprise-authentication and captive-portal networks are not supported.

Check the Wi-Fi name and password, including case, and confirm that the router has Internet access. A network name alone does not prove its frequency band. Test close to the main router, away from walls and metal obstructions. Router client limits, MAC allow/block lists, isolated guest networks and insufficient upload bandwidth can affect setup or connectivity. Use the router's documented settings; do not broadly disable its firewall or reset all phone network settings as a default step.

If the router or credentials changed, configure the camera for the new supported network. If they did not change, test near the router where practical, connect the specified power supply and allow battery charging, then restart the router. Do not interrupt a firmware update.

Setup and phone playback

During Wi-Fi setup, connect the phone to the intended home Wi-Fi on a band supported by the camera. Temporarily turn off the phone's VPN, mobile data, automatic switching to mobile data and dual-Wi-Fi features where present. Keep one Wi-Fi connection active and keep the setup app open. Restore normal phone network settings after setup succeeds.

For an online camera with live-view or playback failure, disable the phone VPN and compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. This phone-network comparison is different from keeping mobile data off during Wi-Fi device setup.

4G exception

BF200 uses 4G and Noorio Plus, not Wi-Fi. A BF200 that was already added and later goes offline must not be removed as a troubleshooting step. Check data-plan status, power and 4G signal. Removing it without an active data plan may prevent it from being added again. A clear QR-code label photo is needed for further device checks.
