问题说明

设备无法稳定连接 Wi-Fi、无法连到服务端,或在网络变更后回连不稳定。


处理步骤

  1. 确认设备连接的是稳定的 2.4GHz Wi-Fi,且网络加密方式受支持。
  2. 重启路由器,并确认同网络下其他设备可以正常上网。
  3. 尽量避免在访客网络、企业认证网络或需要网页认证的网络中使用设备。
  4. 如果近期修改过 Wi-Fi 密码,请重新输入正确密码完成连接。
  5. 如条件允许,请切换到另一套 2.4GHz 网络测试,以排除路由器兼容性问题。

Issue Overview

The device cannot stay connected to Wi-Fi, fails to reach the service, or reconnects unreliably after network changes.


Steps to Try

  1. Confirm that the device is using a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with a supported security mode.
  2. Restart the router and verify that another device can access the internet on the same network.
  3. Avoid guest networks, captive portals, or enterprise authentication during setup and daily use.
  4. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password if the router password changed recently.
  5. If possible, test the device on a different 2.4 GHz network to isolate router compatibility issues.
