- 先确认设备处于正常通电和在线状态,并重新打开 Noorio App 查看问题是否仍存在。
- 重启设备和 App 一次,再重新执行刚才失败的操作。
- 如问题与网络有关,请优先切回稳定的 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 后再次尝试。
- 如问题与页面显示或功能入口有关,请更新 App 后从设备详情页重新进入对应功能。

Issue Overview
The issue does not fit a single standard fault type yet. Start with the common recovery steps first before moving to the next solution.
Steps to Try
- Confirm that the device has normal power and an active connection, then reopen the Noorio app to check whether the issue is still present.
- Restart the device and the app once, then repeat the action that failed.
- If the issue appears network-related, switch back to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and try again.
- If the issue appears UI- or feature-related, update the app and reopen the feature from the device detail page.
