问题说明
设备无法完成配网、扫描二维码绑定,或首次联网设置失败。
处理步骤
- 确认设备已经正常通电,且状态指示灯处于可配网或可绑定状态。
- 确认手机连接的是稳定的 2.4GHz Wi-Fi,而不是 5GHz 或访客网络。
- 重新在 Noorio App 中发起配网,并在旧二维码失效时重新生成二维码。
- 配网时尽量让手机、路由器和设备保持较近距离,避免信号过弱。
- 如果仍然失败,请先重置设备,再从头重新完成配网流程。

Issue Overview
The device cannot complete pairing, QR-code onboarding, or first-time network setup.
Steps to Try
- Confirm that the device is powered on and the status indicator is ready for pairing.
- Make sure the phone is connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network instead of 5 GHz or a guest mesh network.
- Restart the setup flow in the Noorio app and regenerate the QR code if the previous code expired.
- Keep the phone, router, and device close to each other during pairing to avoid weak signal issues.
- If pairing still fails, reset the device and repeat the setup process from the beginning.
