Issue Overview
Billing, subscription, refund, or duplicate-charge issues should be handled through the billing path and should not be treated as device return cases.
Steps to Try
- If your goal is to cancel the cloud service, turn off auto-renewal in the original billing channel first.
- If your goal is a refund or duplicate-charge review, confirm that the charge belongs to a Noorio cloud subscription.
- Subscription issues, billing disputes, and device returns are different workflows, so do not start a device return flow first.
