  2. 如果您的诉求是退款或重复扣费,请先确认这笔扣费属于 Noorio 云服务订阅。
  3. 订阅问题、账单争议和设备退货属于不同流程,请不要先发起设备退货。

Issue Overview

Billing, subscription, refund, or duplicate-charge issues should be handled through the billing path and should not be treated as device return cases.


Steps to Try

  1. If your goal is to cancel the cloud service, turn off auto-renewal in the original billing channel first.
  2. If your goal is a refund or duplicate-charge review, confirm that the charge belongs to a Noorio cloud subscription.
  3. Subscription issues, billing disputes, and device returns are different workflows, so do not start a device return flow first.
