Hello~ If you want to cancel the renewal service, you can follow these steps:

Click on the avatar icon in the upper left corner of the APP;

Select "My Services" from the pop-up menu;

Select the cloud service package you have subscribed to for renewal;

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue "here" button to complete the cancellation of the renewal.
