Step-by-step troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that the device is powered on and the status indicator is ready for pairing.
  2. Make sure the phone is connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network instead of 5 GHz or a mesh guest network.
  3. Restart the pairing process in the Noorio app and regenerate the QR code if the previous code timed out.
  4. Keep the phone, router, and device close to each other during pairing to avoid weak signal issues.
  5. If the app still fails, reset the device and repeat the setup process from the beginning.


Most pairing issues are resolved after reconnecting the phone to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, resetting the device, and repeating the onboarding flow.

Device model, app version, Wi-Fi band, router model, error message, and a screenshot or short video of the failed step.


Escalation rule

Hello, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We recommend that you use the DC5V2A adapter to charge the device for 6 to 8 hours, and then try adding the device back to your account.

If the device still doesn't respond, could you please provide the Setup code of the device (located below the QR code on the back of the device) and record a video showing that after inserting the camera into the charger on the DC5V2A, hold down the synchronization button on the camera for 2 to 5 seconds? Then open the Wi-Fi list of your phone and see if the "NOORIO" hotspot appears. This will greatly assist our technical team in diagnosing problems.
